How did we do? Better than expected! We traded the Stuffed Peppers with Quinoa for some Thai take-out on an impromptu date night. The buffalo chicken sandwich didn't make it into our rotation either but was replaced by some random frozen meal from our freezer...clearly not memorable since it didn't score a picture.
I figure 5 out of 7 days cooking "on plan" isn't bad!
Favorite dish of the week? Hands down the Sausage Apple Pie. I used a frozen crust and it was so quick to throw together. Seriously, grab some apples and go make this now!

Monday: Mathlete and H would probably eat pizza every day if given the opportunity. I saw these Pizza Puffs on a link party the other day and quickly added them to my list.
Tuesday: The other white meat makes another appearance but this time with a yummy peach salsa on top.
Wednesday: My slow cooker needs a work-out so Spicy Chicken Stew is on my list for this week. It sounds perfect for our steadily decreasing temps.

Friday: Where's the beef? In Black Pepper Steak, that's where!
Saturday: Pasta makes a rare Saturday appearance in Cheese Ravioli with Toasted Walnuts.
