So, this WTCW was the hardest one for me to put together in quite awhile. Why? I was on a juice cleanse so the mere sight of food had me drooling all over my keyboard.
The cleanse is over now so I can actually think about eating some of these yummy recipes. Let's take a look...
Sunday: I'm supposed to start light when going back to solid foods. Swordfish with pineapple salsa sounds refreshing and light!
Monday: This zucchini ribbon pasta with basil cream sauce is chock full of yummy veggies.
Tuesday: I'll be getting back in from of the grill and making lemongrass shrimp skewers.
Wednesday: As if buffalo chicken breasts weren't good enough, now we have stuffed buffalo chicken breasts! Yum.
Thursday: Speaking of stuffed, the cheese coming out of these pizza burgers looks delicious.
Friday: Sausage stuffed zucchini is a great combination of fresh veggies and a little meat.
Saturday: We'll round out the week with a little breakfast for dinner and make bacon corn hash.
